Miranda Villard, LPCC

Miranda is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, receiving her M.Ed. In Counseling from Cleveland State University in 2017. Miranda has a strong commitment to multicultural competency and racial justice, recognizing her lived experience is but one perspective. She is LGBTQ+ allied. Her clinical areas are anxiety disorders, PTSD and complex trauma, dual diagnosis, Borderline Personality Disorder, abandonment and family of origin concerns, self-efficacy and empowerment, and situational stress concerns. Miranda works primarily from a person centered perspective, utilizing techniques from Gestalt and Adlerian Therapies, Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectical Behavior Therapies, and mindfulness.
