Penny has over 40 years of clinical practice in a wide variety of settings, working with adults who are struggling with substance use and emotional distress. Her philosophy of treatment is person-centered, meaning the relationship she builds with people is the core to our work together to successfully meet each person’s goals. Penny has many therapeutic techniques in her “toolbelt” and will utilize those that best meet the unique difficulties encountered in therapy. The goal of treatment is to address issues, past and present, and design a new way of thinking, feeling, and acting that resolves those issues.
Penny is taking new clients in Alliance telehealth/ in person and Brunswick telehealth.
